This application fee covers the administration and production costs of the first note only – each subsequent note incurs an administration fee of $165.00. Note: We are not an intermediary or crowdfunding platform that raises funds or finds investors.

Issue a Series of Vendor Bonds

  • The Issuer should complete this form and submit it to Vendor Bonds admin for processing together with the application fee of $330.00 (Inc. GST).
  • Following receipt of your application together with the processing fee of $330.00, the following will occur: 1. VendorBonds admin will prepare an initial DRAFT Bond certificate based on the information provided in the Application. 2. VendorBonds will also prepare for your approval a DRAFT investor application form. 3. Once you have approved 1 & 2 above, you can then commence promoting your investment offer to those persons you have had previous contact with, or some professional or other connection with. Note: Care should be taken not to promote your investment offer to members of the public. Refer to Section 708 of the Corporations Act 2001. If unsure how to promote your offer lawfully, we suggest you seek independent legal advice. 4. maintains a register of all Bonds issued in case a Bond certificate is lost or stolen.
